It’s been awhile to go there but an old favorite. Almost everything is gluten free naturally (except the Naan bread, and possibly a few other items). Very knowledgeable on gluten free items. Chicken Marcella (sp.?) was great as was the lamb. The owner is very personable and came table side to discuss the dishes. Service was superb, her name was Massa-hen (I think, but don’t know how to spell it). She was very friendly and attentive. Very good Chai tea and the spices were full but not overpowering. I got a 2 star heat and it was just perfect for me. Will probably be on our weekly rotation from now on!

Great service, great food. All entrees are GF. Soup that came with the meal was gf and vegan.

Like most Indian restaurants there a lot of options for gluten free. I've had there pakoras (traditional made with lentil flour) and they were ok and didn not make me sick. I will say that this place rates low on flavor. Unfortunately in Tacoma there are not a lot of options for South Asian cuisine so it will do in a pinch, but if you have eaten traditional Indian food, do not expect high quality

I had the lunch buffet at the gig harbor location. The same as Tacoma they told me. The only gluten containing item on the buffet was the naan bread. The food was fantastic, no reaction at all. I will go again. I would recommend checking with the staff just to be sure everything is okay.

I've eaten here twice. The first time no reaction, then last night I got cross-contaminated. Very nice staff and seemed knowledgeable about what items were GF, but be careful if you're super sensitive.

Knowledgeable about gluten free foods! Most items are already gluten free but make sure you specify. I avoid dairy so I ordered off their vegan menu. They were really busy so service was a little slow but the food was good! A nice option on 6th Ave.
I go here often for their lunch buffet because besides the naan, everything is gluten free. I'm celiac and I've only gotten sick once and I'm pretty sure that was because someone used the tongs from the bread to pick up pappadum and then left them there to make the entire platter cross contaminated. So if you get really sick avoid the pappadum if it is next to the naan, but everything else is gluten free and delicious.
