Delicious cupcakes! Not celiac safe! Gluten free cupcakes and regular cupcakes are kept in the same case in the Louisville store. The same bowls and utensils are used for both although there is no signage. Definitely cross contamination. If you are not highly sensitive, I highly recommend.

Gigi's in Louisville need to post a sign that they can't guarantee gluten safe. Cross contamination is possible. I was informed that Gigi's uses same mixing bowls/mixer used for gluten to mix gluten free mix. They just wash bowls in water & soap. Not safe for Celiac!

The GF cupcakes were amazing. We had the chocolate torte and there was absolutely NO texture difference! My 4 year old that doesn't have gluten issues even said mom this is the best!

multiple gluten free flavors every day now!! very delicious if craving sweets. they of course still bake regular, so they caution for severe allergies, but I have Celiac and have never gotten sick with a GiGi GF cupcake.

Staff said that they bake GF cupcakes once a month and that it's announced ahead of time on Facebook. I tried to convince her to just keep them in the freezer.

I asked for the gluten free torte and was given what looked like a cupcake with chocolate frosting.

Was told by the young cashier that they are very careful to make sure it is gluten free. I took it home to eat... it didn't taste home made. It had that chemical preservative after taste. A couple hours later and I was sick, sick, sick. 😖
