Dishes are hand washed. The risk for cross contamination is basically 100%. They have a shared fryer for all things. Not many things on the menu are truly gluten free for a celiac.

I love Ginas but you have to be very careful. Tortilla chips are not gf as cooked in same fryer. Kitchen very small so cross contamination could be an issue. Great margaritas. Great soups that are GF. Carefully order your taco with corn tortilla and if you want crab dip ask for veggies to dip in. Crab dip is delicious.

Said tortilla chips were gluten free, but they were cooked in the same frier as everything else, so not celiac friendly

Great gluten-free nachos. Friendly, cheerful service. Casual, relaxing atmosphere.

Best meal we had in St Michaels! We ended up eating there twice. Many seafood and vegetarian options. No gluten-free menu, but staff were very willing to answer questions and make substitutions. Most tacos can be made gf by being put on corn tortillas. Very good. They do not have a dedicated fryer, but offered to bake tortillas chips for safe nachos, which were delicious. No GF beer but good mixed drinks. Tiny, casual place with really nice staff.
