Found this place from our first visit to Lupi's Pizza place. We decided to take a drive and explore what they have to offer. As it turns out they do most of their baking to order; however, we lucked out for sure as they had a HUGE assortment of breads, rolls, muffins, cupcakes and other goodies fresh out of their oven the day we stopped in. We purchased a great deal of items and the owners, a husband and wife were gracious enough to offer to hold everything we purchased in their back freezer for us for several days until we were ready to eave town and head back to Nashville.
We spent some time speaking with them and they were extremely knowledgeable and take great pride in using the best ingredients like non-gmo and organic grains, eggs, etc. Turns out the wife is celiac and has spent many years developing her recipes to offer what my husband and I found to be the best tasting highest quality gluten free items we have ever purchased and eaten any where. My husband who is a gastroenterologist was pleasantly surprised to find a baker who actually understands the importance of running a dedicated facility but as well so well educated on the ingredients they are using in their products. We both highly recommend this bakery.
Thankfully they ship their baked goods so we can get them delivered when we cannot get back down to Chattanooga. You can place orders on their website glutenfreeartisanbakery.com. They make fantastic fresh gluten free pasta dough as well.

Came in just to see, bakery is dedicated celiac friendly. They have cakes, even wedding cakes, cookies, breads... Also, they have gluten free flour blends they make themselves. Pancake, waffle, breading for chicken fingers, okra & green tomatoes! Very impressive!!

Love their donuts! Only criticism is I wish they had cupcakes.
I love this place!! Agreed that previous reviews state that it is pricey, but what's not pricy when it comes to eating gluten free! Also, this is a totally dedicated gluten free facility, so you are paying for quality and exceptionally tasting desserts, breads, chocolates, and etc. Check this place out, you will not be sorrynnn

It's just okay. They are very proud of what they make and are way too talkative, so don't go if you are in a hurry. It's pretty expensive ($18 for six frozen doughnuts), but it tastes decent. I will say that if you like an equal amount of cupcake and frosting, this is not the place to go, as all of them have a TON of frosting. Also, they don't have cupcakes ready to eat; you have to preorder.

Idon't stop in there often because I don't need the sugar because I am also a diabetic but she has some gluten free cupcakes that are out of this world.
