Since they closed their doors at the Avenue/Wilson Street store location, they have been able to focus on what they do best-prepared foods. A variety of meals can be found in the freezer at Kensington Bakery on Bloor/Bathurst. Everything is made in a certified GF kitchen so it’s 100% safe. My favourites are the chicken pot pie, quiche, meatballs and homemade chicken soup.

I purchased a few dinners for when I don’t feel like making dinner. All I can say is thank you and how delicious I found your eggplant parmigiana.

Overpriced. Can find many items in other stores for a fraction of the cost. Buffet food lacks flavor and very expensive.
It's a great store It is pricey so I tend to go for specialty items as needed I like the gluten free lady fingers I bake many recipes with it
Yes
Slightly overpriced for items you can find else. However, they do carry lots of things not available at other stores. Their cakes are awesome.
they do have products that are harder to find even in specialty stores, and have a pretty good selection of premade products ig lasagna....but I find them pretty bland...but that's to be expected coming from some one who has more food issues then just being celiac. when you first walk in, the staff does NOT seem very friendly, but I got one lady to warm up to me and she seemed VERY knowledgeable about food issues and became very pleasent. if I was back in the area I might stop in again, but it's not my favorite gluten free stop in Toronto and or the gta
Huge selection of products, though be sure to know your prices because some are more expensive than in other stores. There are certain soups and sauces that I haven't found anywhere else. Their cupcakes and cakes are really good and enjoyable to non-gluten free people as well.
Yes
Yummy
Lots of good products that are overly expensive. Amy's Mac and Cheese is sold for more here than at Metro (most other products too).
The female owner is cantankerous and extremely rude.
The hot products sold are weight based, and sometimes the employee forgets to subtract the weight of the container or after heating it up drops a few noodles but doesn't weigh it again, then argues that I shouldn't care, pissed me off.
Entirely GF grocery store. Small store but with a wide selection of GF products. Also have fresh baked goods (I am a sucker for their cupcakes). Also do prepared meals and salads. Some of the exciting things I found there: chocolate covered pretzels, ladyfingers, several flavours of instant porridge, and chicken fingers.
