The person answering the phones is kind, patient, and seemed reasonably knowledgeable about GF food. However, for a take out order she puts you on the phone with a waiter to order. The waitress that took my order was clueless about GF. She told me basically nothing was gf but I could have grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato on a gf wrap. I later called back and the hostess said I could have anything but to ask for it gf so they cook it on a separate area of the cooktop. At that point I couldn’t trust anyone taking my order to ensure it was truly gf. I would be cautious with eating here if you are Celiac.

Absolutely love it here! It was my go to place for cheeseburgers and fries while pregnant (still is now!) I’m celiac and have never gotten sick!

DEFINITELY avoid if you have celiac. I’m traveling to the area with my family and went here as a last resort because everything else on the app was closed Sunday nights. They have gluten free items on the menu but the waitress knew less than nothing. I asked what could be cooked separately to avoid cross contamination and the waitress said, “nothing, we don’t do that, but the grill heats up to 400 degrees so you shouldn’t have a problem”. Finally she agreed that the gf chicken nuggets and fries could be cooked separately but nothing else on the menu. I’m still feeling okay following the mediocre food but she and the manager instilled no confidence whatsoever and definitely knew nothing. Totally fine typical diner other than that but definitely not equipped for allergies/celiac.

Crumbly GF buns, soggy French fries, INCREDIBLY rude manager. Other than that it was great.

I’ll give it two stars because the waitress was great; otherwise I’d give the place 0 stars.

If you are eating GF, go to the 110 Grill in the mall instead - you won’t be disappointed.

Called to see what was available on the menu that was gluten free, as online menu didn’t mention. Spoke with a knowledgeable server. They have GF pancakes, wraps. Offer most wraps on their menu in a GF wrap. Their fries can be made gluten free, in a separate fryer!!!! Had Turkey Avocado BLT Wrap, GF, and Gf Fries. Very good. Server, Tina, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Would eat here again.

My waiter was terrible. And very unknowledgeable. As I walked into the diner there was a whiteboard listing the gf options, one of which was gf chicken fingers. There is no separate gf menu I was told by the man that sat me, he said the waiter would let me know.... So I found a wrap sandwich from the regular menu and asked to substitute out the flour wrap for the gf wrap and the regular chicken fingers out for the gf chicken fingers. I was told no. When I asked why not the waiter went to ask the manager and he came back and said they would charge me for BOTH the gf chicken fingers meal as well as the gf wrap meal! I ended up just ordering the gf chicken fingers with a side of gf fries. When the waiter brought my meal out I asked if the BBQ sauce was gf. He said he had no idea. I asked if he could find out. He disappeared for a few minutes and came back saying he didn’t know. I asked what brand the sauce was. After spending the next 15 minutes trying to research online about “Monarch” BBQ sauce my food was cold and I still didn’t know if the BBQ sauce was safe. $21 later (for a fountain soda, chicken fingers and fries) I will never return. I just hope I don’t get sick because honestly I’m not too sure they had any idea what’s going on there.

I am very disappointed about this Diner. charging extra for a disease . the burger was pretty good but after getting charged $4 extra for a bun and fries I felt ripped off. The fries were even the same as the regular fries just placed into a different fryer. I was very disappointed.

This diner is a favorite of ours! My celiac son enjoys their burgers, fries in a dedicated fryer, and loves their chocolate chip pancakes. They understand celiac and risks of cross-contamination completely. Highly recommended!

I gave a second star because it may have just been the waitress that was terrible. They really had no breakfast options other than eggs and potatoes. The potatoes came unsalted. The coffee was cold. And waitress kept calling the gluten free rolls 'gluten rolls'. I should have just left.

They claimed gf rolls, even showing me the roll in a plastic package. I took one bite, it didn't seem gf, and I had extreme cramping after. I don't think I'd trust this again

Great gf options! My son was so excited to see he could have gf French toast. Delicious. Celiac friendly very aware. Had to wait longer for food to be prepared. Only downfall it's 2.00 more for each gf dish. But service was fantastic!

Update: This was one of the food stops I made on a vacation that I think I got glutenized on.

Thought staff knew what to do (cross contamination-wise) once I mentioned "gluten free," BUT I didn't ask what their process was just to make sure we were on the same page. I should have--and will next time--just to be safe. Fries were prepared separately (so they said) and were crispy and yummy.

Ate here for the first time tonight....ordered a gluten free burger and it was delicious! The waitress asked if I wanted fries cooked in separate clean oil also, which were delicious! It didn't state on the menu that they had gluten free food, but I asked the waitress and she gave me a full run down. The kitchen is willing to adapt any dish to be gluten free. I'm moving to goshen next week and was up to explore the area- so glad to know there's somewhere that I can go with my family and still eat! I will certainly be back!

This diner has been progressing in their gluten free offerings. They now have Pizza, Wraps and Buns. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, and the rest try really hard to please. They are willing to adapt anything on the menu. If there is any question, ask for the manager, he’s great. They even prepared fries for us in fresh oil separately, and well done! The burgers are top notch, and, of course, it’s always nice to have a bun! The buns are Udi-like, but larger than the ones I get at the supermarket. You do have to be aware. The first burger I got I didn’t know they had buns, so I ordered no bun. When the waitress brought it, I pointed out that while there was no bun, there were 3 beautiful fried onion rings on my burger. She was very embarrassed and very accommodating, quickly agreeing to my request for a whole new plate. I really like this place, and I’m sure they’ll get better at it. In any case, I’ve eaten there three times, and I haven’t got sick once.
