A fairly basic burger and beer type of place. Was alright. They can make all burgers GF and have pretty good GF buns. They claimed the fries were GF but I had my doubts. I ate there with no side effects but wasn’t blown away in terms of taste.

Unfortunately wasn't even given the chance to try it. Asked if they had a gluten free menu before we sat and the kid that greeted us said "we have gluten free buns but everything is cross contaminated, there's nothing here you can really eat" He seemed very uninterested in being even trying to be slightly accommodating.

We had gill as our server and he was OUTSTANDING. He Was very helpful and made us feel right at home (he noticed we too were from the KS/MO area) The food was spectacular, cooked perfectly. It was brought to us within 10 minutes. The gluten free burger was fabulous. The fries TO DIE FOR. Gill made it known that the fries were cooked in the same oil as their not gf products, before I went ahead and ordered. I have celiac disease and follow a very strict gluten free diet. The fries have not flared up any reactions so I think it’s safe to say they’re gluten free. 15/10 experience. Will be back to visit in the future!

So great!! Got a bison burger on a GF bun and they made substitutions for some of the toppings that were fried. The salads were amazing too. And great prices!

The Grind does not have a gluten free menu. I’m not sure if this is a recent change from previous reviews, but The Grind does not look to be a celiac friendly location. They have gluten free buns, but again, no specific gluten free options or knowledge really.

They have a gf bun but none of the sides other than house salad and apples are gf. Can’t have the fries. The burger wasn’t very good and the bun was not even heated. I ended up just picking it off.

We left after getting attitude from the waitress. She tried to tell me the fries were safe. Had NO clue. Acted like it was a choice to be gluten free and that it was stupid. I will never eat there. If you're highly sensitive stay away!!!!!!!!

Our server was very good about answering our questions, and took the time to double check the ingredients on the BBQ sauce. (KC sauce is fine, Carolina is not... also no dedicated fryer.) We got the gluten-free buns; he suggested we toast them -- they use a conveyor belt so technically they don't touch other buns, but we were concerned anyway about cross-contact so we declined. Overall unfortunately neither the adults nor kids in our group were crazy about the burgers.

I had the all American burger with a side salad because the only other side that could be made gluten free was the fruit or the beet salad. Disappointing but I'm used to it at this point. The salad was delicious, & the burger was good. No dedicated fryer but they do have gluten free buns for burgers which is a plus. Service was a tad slow too.

Great options if you are gluten free and good options for vegans/ vegetarians. But God help you if you are both! Your options then become a sad plain house salad. If the owners mom is celiac why would they put regular flour in their vegetarian burgers??????? Frustrating

The hostess's mom has celiac disease and she walked me through the entire menu! Sad that they don't offer a dedicated fryer for us to enjoy fries - but the Brussel Sprouts in a separate made in a pan was a healthier delicious choice anyway. I had the Ritchie burger and it was FANTASTIC!! My husband & I split the Brussels sprouts and the 12 oz burger & it was plenty of food!! Worth the hunt to find it! Look for the white light bulb lit up sign through the window!

Amazing! Love that they have gluten free options that actually taste great and their coleslaw is really good, not icky sweet like so many places. Fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, my new go to place when traveling through Glenwood Springs.

Staff could recommend GF items. Limited choice of sides although the slaw was excellent. The Richie's Lunch was hands down the best burger I've ever had, GF or otherwise. (I secretly wished I'd ordered 2 burgers, it was so delicious. Not a double patty but actually 2 separate burgers, to enjoy the exceptional condiments!) The service was not as great, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

They didn't have a GF menu but the waitstaff were very knowledgeable about what we were able to eat. The GF buns were amazing along with everything else we ate and drank! The local cider they offer is very tasty. Looking forward to going back to this place when we're in Glenwood again.

Great burger, they now also serve adult beverages. It was nice to be able to get a GF bun and the woman who took my order was very knowledgeable about GF and CC. Also, she didn't give me the stink eye when I asked about their food handling procedures. Know what I mean? Cool place on Grand Avenue to enjoy the food and the parade of people on the street.

Amazing! High quality, gourmet, handcrafted burgers. As fresh as you can get them! With great gluten free buns and a choice of grass or grain fed beef or bison. We will be eating here again

During my visit the staff knew what grinds are gf and which ones are not. Fries are gf BUT are not fried in a dedicated gf fryer. Great food!

I was excited to eat some good gf food. Lady behind the counter told me every side I wanted had gluten despite the menu saying it didn't. Anything I asked about was either "no, it's not gf" or "I don't know, maybe?"

Then because of the staffs incompetence, a small line built behind us. so they asked my wife and I too step aside so others could order. I left and went next door to Bluebird cafe.

I got a great fresh hamburger on a gluten free bun, what could be better? The menu tells you where the meat comes from. All local Colorado beef and buffalo meat. Good prices, fun atmosphere. We will be back!
