Staff definitely isn't knowledgeable about the menu. The fajitas are classified as gluten free on the menu and yet they came out with flour tortillas. When I asked her for corn tortillas she said she didn't think they had any. I said "hmm your website says that you do". She then finally brought me some corn tortillas. Service wasn't great either.

Gluten free options but chef doesn't accommodate Celiac persons which is 10 percent of America. That would be separate grease for frying and a clean pan/counter free of gluten flours. They could address this aggressively and increase the people coming to it.

Menu clearly marked with many gf options.
Yes
The was menu clearly marked and their food was amazing!
They have gluten-free options and are willing to accommodate but seem unaware (every time I have gone I have gotten croutons on my salad after asking not to have them + mentioning I have celiac disease). Gluten-free friendly, but NOT celiac friendly.
No
Well yes they do Mark what's gluten-free on their menu but there is no gluten-free buns for all those hamburgers plus the french fries are fried with their onion rings I really didn't like any of it except for the tortilla soup. Soup was A small little tiny bowl that was thick with lots of vegetables puréed in to the mix. it's not that I don't like greasy cheeseburgers but these cheeseburgers are very wet and didn't have a whole lot of good flavor, all fairness, the atmosphere was nice and the people were very friendly and I got really good service
Yes
All of the gluten free items are clearly marked. Not celiac friendly 100% I'm sure, but great for gluten sensitive people!!!!
