Very good gluten free pizza. Staff were knowledgeable. They brought it separate and it was cooked on a disposable aluminum plate. Son has celiac but he is asymptomatic so it is always hard to judge a place. However, based on our experience and reviews we feel this place is recommended for the celiac community.
My children and I have Celiac's. This restaurant is great. We've eaten there multiple times and have never gotten sick. The workers are knowledgeable about Celiac disease and go beyond to make sure there is no cross contamination. All gluten free pizzas are made in a separate area in their own pans. I'm not sure why the below reviewer said what they did.

No gluten free crust, despite having it on the menu. Horrible service on top of that. Really loud music, much better options elsewhere.
Excellent value gluten free and better taste...celiac friendly...separate pan
Celiac friendly. Toppings kept separate from dough making process. The Italian sausage contains MSG. Unsure about pepperoni or other meats.

Pizza was OK. It came out on its own individual pan on the tray. They seem to be understanding and cautious. Not impressed with much else about the restaurant but let's be honest- I was only there for the food.

Great crust and yummy pizza! We happened to be there on half price pizza night and my gluten free pizza was half price! What a deal! Gusano's is now one of our new favorite pizza restaurants in Little Rock for the taste and variety available.
Gluten free crust was crisp and delicious. Staff was friendly and understood. I called ahead and was assured there would be no cross contamination.
Very nice GF pizza! Also had the Greek salad. I was in town for work and happy to find somewhere to get takeout.

Ate here last night and got a cauliflower crust pizza. It was pretty good! Heavy on the cheese and not very crispy. They have an option of gluten free or cauliflower crust. It’s not my favorite gf pizza I’ve had but it’s definitely not my least favorite, and I would eat here again!

Make sure your server lets the kitchen know about you being gluten intolerant. We went a week ago and had the best service - no gluten reactions either! Our server took my condition seriously. My husband and I went yesterday for lunch. I told my server I had a gluten intolerance and she shrugged her shoulders and said “okay.” Needless to say, she didn’t pass on that information, and the kitchen cross contaminated our pizzas. I had an immediate reaction after the GF cheesy bread on cauliflower crust. She also charged us wrong (found this out when I spoke with our previous server). Just be careful. They have great pizza, but make sure the kitchen knows!!

So glad to find a gluten-free pizzeria, and this place has 2 options for GF - - thin crust or cauliflower crust. We opted for the gf thin crust with pepperoni and mushrooms and it was fantastic! Got a side Greek salad and wine. Such a perfect meal! My husband is not GF and loved this pizza.

Great pizza and they are completely safe. I’m not celiac but my wife is and she didn’t get sick or anything. The pizza taste is amazing too. I had the Buffalo Chicken pizza with gluten free crust and was not at all disappointed. We always eat here when we stop in Texarkana and have never been disappointed.
