I went to the new location in Montgomery mall good court. I told them I had celiac and asked then to clean the utensils first, etc. They did. I tested the cauliflower pizza with a NIMA sensor and it still tested positive for gluten. I do not think it is safe to eat here.

I love the cauliflower crust pizza!
My son kept telling me I should try this place because the food is so delicious and there was gluten-free pasta, so I finally got a chance to try it yesterday and was very pleased. The service was excellent - the staff were very patient with me as I asked the ingredients in the various dishes. The GF pasta was fresh and hot and delicious - I also had the chicken (amazing!), cauliflower and broccoli. I have celiac so I am very careful - I had no reaction and can't wait to try this delicious inexpensive food again. Great outdoor seating in the heart of Bethesda.

I went to this quick casual place specifically because of their gluten free pasta. My daughter got a bowl and has been sick all night. Please be careful at this restaurant. I would not want anyone else to go through what she is still going through after her meal.

Lots of gluten free options including pasta and pizza. Staff knowledgeable and explained kitchen protocols for avoiding cross-contamination. Food order was flagged. Wait staff prepared olive oil based bread dip at table - one for gluten free bread and separate one for gluten containing bread. We shared an appetizer (Burrata Caprese) and a desert (Limoncello cake). I had pizza for my main. GF pizza was smaller than gluten-containing pizza, but that is to be expected. No extra charges for GF food. Everything was delicious. I felt very safe and did not experience symptoms following the meal. Would eat here again.

I recently went to gustos. I told the waitress I was celiac. I ordered gluten free pasta and dessert. I was very sick for several days. Cross contamination with one of my dishes or gluten present. I would not return due to safety concerns with regards to gluten.

So many GF options. Wait staff alert the kitchen with allergy cards. They have protocols in place for food prep that minimizes cross contamination. And they didn’t charge extra for GF pasta or pizza crust. Best GF pizza I’ve ever had!

Went to Gusto twice in a few days! Oupsss ðŸ¤ðŸ˜‹ðŸ˜‹ðŸ˜‹ I was so happy to find so many GF options in one of my favourite restaurant in town. I first had the Fettuccine all Gusto. I used to have that before discovering I was gluten intolerant. I did notice a difference in the pastas that didn’t seem home made. But it was still delicious. Second time, I had the Primavera Vegetariana Pizza. So tasty!! I noticed it was smaller than other pizza’s around the table. Crust was thin and crusty (a bit too much on the edge). But it was definitely delicious! They even have GF bread to start with (probably not home made). Waitress seemed really knowledgeable.
