Gluten free muffins and scones. On customer side of counter for you to help yourself, but they are on the top shelf, covered and have dedicated tongs attached so they can't be used on other items. Slices and chicken drumsticks in refrigerated cabinet also stored at top and separate utensils. Discussed prep with staff and they have good knowledge of cross contamination both during baking/cooking and serving 😀
