I was so delighted to see GF labeling a and a separate GF menu. Although I was upset to discover that there were only two entrees I could really eat aside from salads, it was better than nothing. Yet even though I informed the waiter (who was understandably busy) that I was gluten free, I still had a reaction. He told me the vinaigrette on a salad I ordered was most likely okay, even I was concerned because the GF menu said to replace it on the salad. It wasn't long before I had a bad headache and felt foggy, which nearly ruined my ski day. When someone has an allergy, you've got to be more careful than that. The only reason they have three stars is because of the effort of having a separate, albeit weak, menu. I recommend skipping the high alpine experience and just go to Ulhorf.
