I had dinner at Bettini, the beautiful (and expensive) restaurant at The Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown. There are a number of GF menu options. I informed the server that I had celiac / a gluten allergy, and was told that they would avoid cross contamination. The food was delicious, especially the gluten free rolls, but unfortunately it made me sick. Bummer. If you eat GF but don't have Celiac, this is a great option. If cross contamination makes you sick, better skip it. (Review is also under Bettini.)

Review
Harborview hotel is a top notch hotel/resort with several restaurants. Lighthouse Grill, Henry's pub and North 41. All using a variation of main menu, but they do offer A number of GF options. They will even work to make a selection GF...very accommodating. Bars have GF options too.
