Came here because they used to have a dedicated fryer, which they no longer have. One of the sides is a Caesar salad without croutons. When the salad arrive it had croutons on it, despite my daughter explaining she had celiac disease. Disappointing experience!

Unlike usual at the Hard Rock, the service was terrible. Not attentive to drinks, no water offered, no cutlery and my side caesar salad came out with croutons even though I asked for gf and told them it was an allergy. They've assured me it was only that side that didn't have the gf note on it but I'm not confident the rest of my meal was safe, will have to wait and see. They took the salad away and brought it back with rice crackers instead of croutons but I was too scared they'd just scraped off the croutons rather than remaking the salad to eat it. Would not return to this location

My family and I love to travel around the world, and we have always had the Hard Rocks as one of our favourites. They are always so good at accommodating for allergies. We had a great experience when we visited their location in New Orleans, (we ate there everyday). The staff always went above and beyond for me! And I get it, I read some of the reviews on here, and I’m a bit skeptical too. As we all have our different experiences at the same place. But being Celiac, I understand the struggle and anxiety that comes with just being able to eat ANYTHING while you’re away from home. But I truly felt like I was in good hands while visiting this location. I had the nachos (Before I had to stop eating Dairy) and they were sooo good! AND MADE IN A GF FRYER!! Yummm! The waiter was also very “New Orleans” and excited to tell me that I could also have everything in the fryer :) Definitely try it out if you’re celiac.

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
Serve was awesome as usual for Hardrock cafes . Gf menu with huge range. Had delicious steak with mashed potatoes, coleslaw. My daughter has chicken burger. Yum, yum. Manager came to talk about celiac and how they treat seriously.

Was confident with all the positive reviews I would be safe but more than 24 hours later and my stomach is still a disaster from their gluten free fries! Claimed to use a separate fryer but I’m a mess

Extensive GF menu w/dessert! Food was good as was the GF hamburger bun. Christian our server was very nice and attentive to my GF needs as was the manager who shared her story of a friend with Celiac. A great place for a confident GF meal.

The staff really knew what gluten free meant and had a complete menu with gluten free buns, bread, sandwiches. Food came quickly and was very very good

Burger on a gf buns and fires made in a dedicated fryer. What’s not to love? Sometimes you just need a good old fashioned burger and this place hit the spot. Loved the atmosphere and the servers were so welcoming and friendly.

GF menu. Burgers with a bun, fries, sandwiches with bun. Great selection. Hard to feed a picky 7 yo GF child in NO. Five star service from our server as well.

Great burgers with GF buns, potato skins and GF brownie or dessert!
Yes
No issues got a burger and appetizer of potato skins
Awesome! The host immediately brought me a gf menu, the waitress was very knowledgable and steered me away from something that might make me sick, and my food (loaded potato skins) is great!
Burgers were easy to make substitutions, fries without seasoning, waitress very nice and willing to make substitutions. Initially burger came out with the bun even though I'd specifically ordered it without. Waitress had them remake it instead of just taking the bun off, which was good. Once got it the second time it was good and no contamination issues.
Terrible service and no way to accommodate allergies. She told us 'if you see something on there that you know you can eat you should order it'. She had no idea what anything had in it, ingredient wise, and then said 'I should learn more about it' when answering our allergy questions. So to be safe we ordered a salad with no cheese. Not only did the salad come out with cheese on it, she proceeded to argue with us that it did not have cheese. Never going back
They do not have gluten free buns at this hard rock cafe. You can have fries, or a burger without the bun but that is all. Staff were helpful but not many options at all.
Yes
No separate GF menu. No GF buns. Waitstaff had no clue about what did or did not contain gluten. Decided to not eat there and went elsewhere.
My family and I were very hungry, and we wanted a place we knew had gf options. When we sat down, we started to take note that service was very slow. My dad asked if they had a specific menu for gf people and our waitress said "oh we'll just take the bread off" and we instantly knew something would be wrong. Luckily, the manager came out and he cleared everything up for us and checked the sauces and made sure we could have a gf meal. I got a garden salad with shrimp, my mom got salmon w/ broccoli and mashed potatoes, and my dad got a Caesar salad with shrimp (no croutons). When our meals came out, everyone's was fine, except for mine, because mine had a crouton on it. They fixed it, and I didn't get sick. My dad thought he got a little sick, however we aren't really sure. May have been cross-contamination.
No GF menu but they are awesome answering questions and getting answers. I wanted to nachos (corn) but are fried in general fryer. They do have a separate fryer for french fries. I ordered the Cobb salad with ranch (honey mustard is not GF). Will add another review later to see how it was and if I reacted. 5 stars for service.
They know our concerns, helpful and fast. We haf nice burgers and steaks. Thank you all

The HR cafe is located outside before taking your train to the terminal, don’t make the same mistake I did and go through security to find out you don’t have any options past security! I had to exit the terminal and luckily had time to grab a burger before my flight!
Anyway -The waitress had the manager come over to give information about their options -which is their protocol. He said most of the menu can be tailored to my needs. The oil the fries are cooked in gets mixed with the oil where the fried shrimp are cooked at the end of the night. He says most people who have a gluten intolerance do just fine eating their fries. I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun which came sealed in a bag but warmed up. All toppings on the side so you have to build the burger. I chose mash potato for my side and I’m glad I did because I ended up not eating most of the bun. As we know, gluten free bread has a hard time staying together. Overall, Hard Rock Cafe was a good choice since there aren’t many GF friendly restaurants at TPA.

Our server Mark last night was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the fryer and the ingredients in their fires ( can't have). There is a seperate GF menu and you just mention Celiac to your wait person. Food was yummy and is greatly pretty consistent between Hard Rock Cafe's everywhere- which is great, as it's always our back up 'safe place' to eat when travelling.

I had the best burger and fries here. I got a little scared when my order came out because it looked like a normal burger. The bun was fluffy. This place has a whole gluten free menu, you just need to ask. It includes almost all of their burgers that they make slight modifications to. I didn’t feel excluded and it was wonderful. Best of all I didn’t get sick afterward. I will definitely be back before the end of my trip.
