i had a horrible time with our waitress. she seemed really nice and accommodating but didn’t take my concerns seriously. she told me the burger was gluten free but it was not certified gluten free and there was ranch on the plate which sometimes is and sometimes isn’t. i never take the risk. i sent it back twice before she just made me a burger to go. the sauce came on it and i just didn’t trust it.

Horrible staff and horrible manager, neither were reassuring at all and seemed annoyed by my needed accommodations. I trusted the reviews and stayed and ate a burger with fries and so far no symptoms but I won’t be going back.

Great experience. Server was knowledgeable. Manager came to the table. We had the Diablo burger on a gf bun with fries from a dedicated fryer. I also had the salmon, green beans and mashed potatoes. This looks like the only safe option for lunch in walking distance of our hotel.

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
I've had lunch there a couple of times, and they're always very kind and helpful when I mention I have Celiac. The food is good, service is great, and usually pretty fast.

Staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that precautions would be taken to prevent cross-contamination. They have GF buns but the fries are in a shared fryer so they’re unsafe. They were very busy but managed to keep my meal safe!

We were in Dallas last summer and had a very blah experience at their HRC... boring memorabilia, no GF menu, music blasting was pop and Motown (far from what I envision a HRC to mostly play)... so, I was indifferent about coming here. My wife and I got here for opening at 11am. First in was great because we knew we could look around without bothering anyone. Our server was Asia. She was awesome. Really friendly and personable. This HRC does have a separate GF menu! We placed our order and then toured the place. This HRC is pretty big and I was impressed with the decor and the music selections. I got the Original HRC burger and fries. Delicious and no issues. Side of baked beans was a highlight, tasted like a cross between beans and meatless chili. Cole slaw very good. My wife is a celiac, and is highly sensitive. She got the BBQ pulled pork topped with cole slaw on a GF roll, with french fries. She liked it a lot and had NO adverse reaction at all. In short, this was totally worth coming to! We had a great experience and I would recommend HRC-ATL to anyone. Great job you guys and Asia you rock!

The staff was very friendly. GF menu had several options, for the price I wasn’t too impressed with my dish. I had the salmon, mashed potatoes, and salad. I sent back the salad because the lettuce was very wilted (seemed as though it was prepared too far in advance), green beans were subbed and they tasted par boiled with little flavor. Ambiance was a , floor was wet and it was very loud...
I hadn’t dined at a Hard Rock for several years and was pleasantly surprised how good the gf food was. (We couldn’t find a gf restaurant with a separate/decent menu near the conference center/hotel so we landed at Hard Rock.) Separate menu, well informed staff. Ordered the salmon dinner on the first visit and the pulled pork sandwich the second visit. Both meals were very good.

Ordered a gluten free burger and they put a fried green tomato on it. Even went into detail with the server on the need to avoid cross contamination. Very disappointed.

They have a gluten free menu that shows a bunch of deep fried options from wings, French fries, etc... when questioned about if they have a separate fryer for those items the waiter asked the cook about it. the cooks response was "we use the same fryer, the hear cooks it out." Will not go back there again.

I have eaten here twice now and have had amazing service and staff was very knowledgeable and took my concern for cross contamination very seriously.

We got out of a concert late at night and nothing was open. Tried HRC and was pleasantly surprised!

The staff is extremely helpful and they really make sure, that everything was gf. I had the wings and a caesar salad with cheese croutons. They even made sure that my Margarita was gf and served it without the rim. Extra gluten-free menu. 4 months later: They glutend me! The wings made me sick. It was new staff and they didn’t take it seriously. Too bad. It was so nice.

The food is delicious. I asked about Gluten Free for Coeliac and the manager came over to show me my safe options. The staff were very understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus the band started outside just after we sat down.. they sounded great. The atmosphere was amazing and I loved looking at all the music nostalgic pieces all around the place. It’s a big place and has its own retail store inside.

When I went I was told that I could only get a salad, so I ordered the Caesar salad with no croutons. However they brought it out without any of the cheese as well. I ended up with just lettuce, and like 6 bites of chicken and that was it. So while it is very safe, it is not recommended for people who want to get a good meal.
