I was super happy to be told that there was a separate cooking area (I think the waiter said it was on a separate floor?) for gluten free food. There’s a special gluten free menu. I did not get even a tiny bit sick after eating here. I will say that the food took a long time and was extremely bland but as long as I don’t get sick on vacation I don’t care.

I was given the gluten free menu on arrival and when the server saw I had it he immediately told me that they had a separate fryer so I didn't have to worry about cross contamination with the fries. I had the original burger which came with fries and it tasted great.

Separate GF menu available upon request. Ordered the BBQ wings and had no issues whatsoever. Server seemed knowledgeable on preventing cross contact and the GF menu, the person who brought my food out, not so much. All was well after we were able to confirm my dish was gluten free. Some of the best GF wings I’ve had in a long while.

The Hard Rock Cafe brand is always soooo good! The Universal Orlando CityWalk Hard Rock has gluten free buns for hamburgers and a dedicated fryer for fries! 🍟🍔They have a pretty decently big menu for gluten free which is nice too! 👍🏼

As soon as we asked for the gluten free menu the server assured us that the fries were cooked separately in their own dedicated fryer and that they could provide a GF bun if my daughter wanted a burger. They adapted the nachos as well so she could share our starter.

We ate here during our vacation at Universal Studios. Our server was very knowledgeable and we got a separate menu of all of the available gluten free options. Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and complying with strict GF protocols to prevent cross-contamination. They even made a special batch of GF nachos with fresh prepared tortilla chips made in the dedicated fryer. Fries are made in a GF fryer. Buffalo Wings were amazing.

The staff handled my celiac allergy very well. Waitress was knowledgeable. Best news ever— they bake their fries so I could finally eat GF fries!! Gluten free menu is good and offers big portions. I got ribs and pulled pork— very delicious!

Unfortunately they got rid of the GF brownie sundae. Now they only gave ice cream and milkshake which still are good choices. But our waitress was so wonderful that she asked the team to put together 3 GF choc chip cookies in a sundae! She also asked if I was GF sensitive or a real allergy. She was fantastic! Such a great place that we frequent very often. Had GF burger with fries cooked in separate fryer. They have a great GF selection. Always a great restaurant to visit at CityWalk. Kudos Hard Rock Team! Love the atmosphere as I can actually share a nice GF dinner with the family. Thanks for keeping a GF menu!

My waitress was great. They have a separate menu but I mentioned I wanted something on the main menu prior to seeing the gf options. They were 100% able to make my chicken sandwich gluten free, I was able to have gf fries, and all of the food was amazing.

The lady who took our order was great! She was super acomidating and let me know exactly what I could eat. I had a kids cheeseburger with fries (I have a small appetite and a 1/2 lb burger didn't sound great). The fries are cooked in a separate frier and the burger comes plain, minus the cheese, they give you bottles of condiments to put on it.

Had to ask for gluten free options. Server didn’t understand the exact reasoning or what I needed. I ordered the steak and green beans. The beans had no seasoning, but I fixed that. The steak was pretty good. No sickness or reaction from this meal!

Got the wings and the ribs with fries, all of it was safe but it was just okay. The wings were dry which was weird for buffalo fries. Plus the gf menu doesn't have prices on it soooooo I accidentally bought a full rack if ribs (beware).

Great gluten free meal! Manager cane to our table to take our GF order. We got a bunless hamburger and fries from their separate fryer (they do offer GF buns though)! Food was fantastic and I felt great afterwards. Will definitely return.

Every time I have visited here it has been super. Given gluten free menu and manager came down to talk us through and said she would be sorting our meal. Only ever got the burger on the menu though as they are so tasty. The fries are super too. Even the table sauces tell you which Heinz products are gf. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back.

Came in for breakfast. Have to say very impressed! My son got a breakfast sandwich (udis roll) and my niece had an omelet with toasted udis roll. Breakfast potatoes are gf as well as the bacon AND sausage. No gif breakfast menu but Birdie (our waitress) got manager and both were amazing! 10 stars of I could first the service alone!

This was one of my best gluten free dining experiences in the last 5 years! The waitress let me know that the gluten free menu is for gluten sensitivities and told me what my options are for being celiac. So there aren’t a ton of celiac options but the burger I had was yummy! And the fries are from a dedicated fryer which is always a luxury!

They don't have a gluten free menu, however the waitress informed me that are slowly making their entire menu gluten free, with current gluten free sauces and substituted items. I had the barbecue chicken with fries which was nice but nothing special, but I did not get sick which is always a good thing.

I was confused when we stopped in for a burger, because our experience was not the same as others. I would not classify Hard Rock in Maui as celiac friendly, no dedicated fryers or cooking areas (at least not according to our waitress), no gf bun options, no gf menu at all. All of their BBQ sauces have soy sauce, even the beans that top the nachos have wheat. Very few options without extreme modification. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because our waitress was trying so hard to make something work.

The HR cafe is located outside before taking your train to the terminal, don’t make the same mistake I did and go through security to find out you don’t have any options past security! I had to exit the terminal and luckily had time to grab a burger before my flight!

Anyway -The waitress had the manager come over to give information about their options -which is their protocol. He said most of the menu can be tailored to my needs. The oil the fries are cooked in gets mixed with the oil where the fried shrimp are cooked at the end of the night. He says most people who have a gluten intolerance do just fine eating their fries. I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun which came sealed in a bag but warmed up. All toppings on the side so you have to build the burger. I chose mash potato for my side and I’m glad I did because I ended up not eating most of the bun. As we know, gluten free bread has a hard time staying together. Overall, Hard Rock Cafe was a good choice since there aren’t many GF friendly restaurants at TPA.

Our server Mark last night was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the fryer and the ingredients in their fires ( can't have). There is a seperate GF menu and you just mention Celiac to your wait person. Food was yummy and is greatly pretty consistent between Hard Rock Cafe's everywhere- which is great, as it's always our back up 'safe place' to eat when travelling.

I had the best burger and fries here. I got a little scared when my order came out because it looked like a normal burger. The bun was fluffy. This place has a whole gluten free menu, you just need to ask. It includes almost all of their burgers that they make slight modifications to. I didn’t feel excluded and it was wonderful. Best of all I didn’t get sick afterward. I will definitely be back before the end of my trip.
