They have a really good Gluetan free bun, I believe they said the brand name was Sun Flour brand?

Anyways great burgers, they also have Gluetan Free breaded chicken nuggets.

I do not think they have a strict separation though, like separate fryers and what not.

Such good food!! Everything fried is gluten free because their breading recipe is gluten free. So breaded chicken, fries, tater tots… all gluten free! And delicious!

This was the first time in several years that I had fast food. The sweet potato fries were REALLY good and the chicken flashers were good too

I am extremely allergic to gluten, and this place gave me such a huge smile! I haven't had fast food or gluten-free tater tots in over 8 years. Being able to get gluten free fast food with fried chicken, tater tots, and french fries for all under $12 through a drive-thru was the absolute best experience! I will forever remember Hat Creek, and definitely plan sharing it with my friends and plan on coming back!

Info: Great staff. Multiple locations. Drive-thru. Online ordering. Gluten-free fried everything. Cheap prices. Not sure about buns or sauces, so I would ask them.

Excellent! Loved being able to order tator tots and fried pickles...all of their sides are gluten free. What a rare treat. Great place for families with young kids.

Yummy burgers & chicken strips. All sides to choose from are GF... even fried pickles! This location has a wonderful playground with plenty of shade.

Can’t beat their “flashers” (chicken nuggets) and fries! Extremely family & celiac friendly locations, they also have added deep fried pickles to their menu recently as well! Worth a stop if you’re visiting from out of town!

CRISPY CHICKEN NUGGETS... oh how I have missed you! LOVE that they only serve GF nuggets so no risk for contamination and for once I get to order something NORMAL off of the menu without being the weird GF chick. Thank you Hat Creek! Gluten-Free Budget friendly too... gotta love it!

Love the playscape. Very relaxing atmosphere. My children were thrilled that they only offer GF chicken strips. No wheat ones.

Love love love the Flashers (fried chicken nuggets). I asked a manager and they bread them with Bob's Red Mill Flour and use evaporated milk as the binder. Fries and sweet potato fries are also gluten free!

LOVE Hat Creek! Great option for an easy gluten-free meal. They do a great job with lettuce-wrapping their burgers and the seasoning on the meat is great! They also have gluten free chicken "flashers", so if you miss eating chicken nuggets, this is the place for you. Very tasty!! I am very thankful that it is near home....it make for an easy decision when we need a quick gluten free meal.

Very careful and knowledgeable about GF. Eaten here many times never gotten sick.
