I called this place ahead of time to inquire about gf vegan options... I wasn't expecting much, and my options were very limited, but I was able to safely eat black bean soup and a veggie paella, with sorbet for dessert. I shared these with someone else, so if there was cc, I must not have eaten enough to get sick (I'm very sensitive so I think the food was safe enough though).

I'm not sure what's in the meats and sauces but I did okay with the two vegan items I tried.

Anything fried is definitely not safe there (bummer-- I wanted plantains).

The mojito was tasty, too.

The staff was kind and attentive, and the manager popped over once to make sure we were okay.

I will be careful if I ever go back, since someone else was cc'd just a couple weeks before I was there.

4 stars because it was safe for me but minus one star because of the lack of variety.

Food is decent and portions are large, but despite my plentiful reminders and explanations there is something gluten-y in the food -- glaze on the meat, spices, or sauces -- that triggered a reaction.
