Healthy Alternatives Food

What a great little place for lunch! I had their creamy tomato soup with lentils and kale and a grilled cheddar sandwich with a mild red cabbage sauerkraut. Both were delicious. There is a sign warning that foods may be contaminated by a variety of allergens, including wheat, but I am quite sensitive and had no adverse reaction. My impression is that they are knowledgeable and careful. The atmosphere is pleasant for a storefront cafe in a health food store. There were fresh flowers on the small tables and interesting posters and art. I will definitely return.

Love this place. Really good and all the veggies are so fresh. They are so careful and have a dedicated toaster for gluten free toast. I also live when they make fresh quinoa salads.
