I live upstairs so have tried many times throughout the years to eat here. I have gotten sick 4/5 times and will no longer come. One time, I ordered a gluten free pizza and they gave me a regular one. I had my husband take a bite first and then went back. I have celiac and am very sensitive. I would not recommend eating here if you are concerned about cross contamination.
Was openly told "if you have celiac, you shouldn't eat here." They cook their GF pizzas in the same oven as the regular ones and keep the GF flour and wheat flour side by side in the kitchen. Their ranch dressing has gluten. Didn't eat here and wouldn't if I were you either.

Gluten free 12 inch pizzas were available and I didn't get sick! The crust was above average for a gluten free crust with some spices on the crust. Service was a little slow. They also had options for a gluten free ale and 2 kinds of hard cider. They seemed knowledgeable and were friendly.

Best gluten-free pizza out on the market. Trust me. The chefs will even make you gluten-free crust that you can take home and fire up in the comforts of your home. New Yorkers have been known to carry this crust home on the plane.
After a long day of awesome skiing, this place knows how to make a gluten-free pizza. And it rocks. Their crust is a thin crust with lots of herbs and spices. Trust me. If you are in Snowmass or Aspen, it's worth the extra 7 minutes up the hill to Highlands for this pizza.
