Instead of just using an Udi's pre-made pizza crust, these amazing people make their own (and it is GOOD). They can make nearly any pizza gluten free. They use a common oven for GF/non-GF pizzas, but they must be taking care as I had no reaction whatsoever. Our server (the owner's nephew, we later found out), was our waiter and was just delightful to talk with. He even arranged to have their Berry Zinger Dessert pizza made GF (which they had apparently never done before) and that was such a treat (esp since most places I don't even bother to look at the dessert menu... If it's GF, then it's not SF, kinda thing... I did have to forgo the chocolate on the dessert pizza for it to be SF) So anyway, excellent experience, and I am so happy to have a place where I can go to have a REAL pizza.
