Overall a solid place. Plenty of gluten free items are marked on the menu and I felt comfortable that they were taking precautions to prevent cross contamination.

Really good lunch here, clued up on gluten and fryer is dedicated to fries (always a good sign in my opinion!). They conveyed that gluten containing ingredients are handled in the same kitchen so could not guarantee no cross contamination but the fact they understand gives me confidence that they will take care.

Almost all the menu is either naturally GF or has a GF option, exept for two items, personnel is knowdgeable and careful. Frim the dessert menu nit all options are GF but the ones that are are specially delicious. Yoe need to reserve in advance it is always crouded. I tried a la carte because I went on a weekend, but im weekdays a two course menu is available.

I had a great experience here! My husband and I ate here (make reservations) for dinner one night and it was one of our favorite meals in Edinburgh. The atmosphere is nice and it’s located right on Victoria Street! They had plenty of options for my celiac diet and I felt extremely safe ordering here as the waitress knew exactly what was safe for me to eat. I also loved that they source locally and really try to lean in to the local flavors and specialities of Scotland. My husband (who is not gf) and I both had a wonderful meal here. Highly suggest!

Need a reservation. Great experience! Several gluten free options for my daughter who is very sensitive celiac and she loved her food. Dessert was amazing too. Highly recommend.

Great food and service. They cater well to gluten free. Had the Cullen skink, the casserole of the day (a beef and mushroom) and the chocolate raspberry dessert. Delicious and didn’t get sick at all. Highly recommend you get reservations and go early. They have a Sunday-Thursday early bird special :)

I had the special which was lobster, fries and a salad. It was really great. Lots of gf choices. No gf bread, tho, which is a bummer.

Make a reservation if possible since they are fairly small, but popular. The food in general was good, the salmon amazing! Knowledgeable about celiac.

The staff was great in taking care of my son with a gluten, dairy, and nut allergy. Made the entrees without all those elements. You can tell they have done this before and are good at it. Highly recommended

Loved our dinner here! Johnny and Ashley took great care of us! The daily casserole was phenomenal! But you MUST try the rhubarb crisp...so delicious! And I am Celiac and had no issues!

They took my concerns about being celiac very seriously and I ate safely! I was nervous to see NGCI (no gluten containing ingredients) on the menu but our server was very clear that they do their best to differentiate gluten free and celiac safe. We had a delicious meal - fish, salad, dessert, all was excellent!

I enjoyed my meal. This is a very nice option in the middle of a bustling area. It has a quiet ambience. Food was tasty.
The staff was knowledgeable and kind about my concern of CC. Our waiter said (with a smile) he will ensure my food was safe. I wasn’t feeling well from the day before from food I ate at another restaurant. After eating the soup and chicken dish here, I was feeling rejuvenated. The food is delicious. It is a great spot located at the start of Victoria Street (the inspiration for Diagon Alley in Harry Potter). Highly recommend!

Great menu and amazing food
Had lunch here with my very sensitive celiac daughter. We enjoyed the meal and she did not have any reaction.
Definitely celiac friendly! There were several gf options and the chef was willing to work with on my other food restrictions. Very nice and very accommodating.
I really enjoyed my meal and had no issues with sickness. There were several options on the menu, and the oatcakes were a nice touch to have with my soup.

Nice environment and good GF food choices. The beetroot salad was yummy and my ribeye with peppercorn sauce was very nice. Somewhat pricey, but I felt it was worth it.

Really enjoyed GF Oatcakes- lots of options. Great good!
Excellent place and great food. Many gf options and others could be made gf. Staff very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Went there 3 times with no reactions at all.

Delicious place. The regular menu has a GF next to anything that is gluten free. They also had little gluten free crackers for an appetizer. I had the Glen Lyon Venison Haunch and I loved it!
