I just went here today, based on previous reviews. But they do not carry a GF option any longer. However, the PEI Wei next to them has some GF options.
I was drawn to this restaurant for the gluten free pizza. But when my server explained the pizzas are baked along with regular mixed flour pizzas, I hesitated in disappointment. She (Briana) then suggested a chicken mozzarella sandwich minus bread and tomato mozzarella salad with balsamic. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and the food was fantastic. So happy I stepped in.

Was very disappointed based off of positive previous reviews when visiting here today. Asked waitress if they had any cross contamination prevention practices such as changing gloves or placing a cooking barrier between the pizza and the oven. The response I received was "No, we really don't do anything like that." Would not recommend for anyone who has a medical need to eat the gluten free diet.
No
They make all pizza GF for an additional $2.00. Good tasting pizza!
Very tasty GF pizza. Located near gate C7. Has a seating section but also can be done "to go" (GF not noted on that menu but they're happy to do it!) Pizzas run about $15 and made to order, so allow about 15+ minutes to have it made.
Awesome gf pizza and great toppings. Our waitress was super, too! It's up there with Spin Pizza in Kansas City and better than Pieology or Blaze Pizza. So glad we found this recommendation while waiting in Phoenix. By gate C7 in terminal 4.
The best gluten free pizza I've had in a long time. Any of their pizzas can be made with gluten free crust. I had the prosciutto, fig, caramelized onions with goat cheese. This is in terminal 4 past security by gate C7. Worth getting to the airport early for.
Love this pizza! Tons of flavor
Good pizza. Worst and slowest service ever ever ever. Nice people but maybe grab food at Panda Express so you don't starve to death. (Sigh)
Good service and food was OK. No issues. Nice to have a GF option at Issues.
