The downtown location has a sign on the door that says permanently closed, but says you can visit the university village location.

The process for preparing gluten free pizza here must be different from the process for preparing gluten free salad. I have never had a reaction to the pizza. The salad is another matter. I can not eat the "gluten free" salad here without becoming ill. I only order what the staff tells me is gluten free. The pizza is good--don't order the salad.

I was a little nervous trying a wood fired pizza place but it had other good reviews so I went for it. The pizza was delicious! Since all the pizzas go in the wood fired oven they put the gf pizzas on a piece of teflon paper to prevent cc. The girl at the counter even assured me it was safe for celiacs without me even saying I have celiac.

yes, there is light sauce, but it doesn't detract from the pizza. excellent, highly recommend. my wife had the gluten free option and she said it was very good.

good pizza, but stingy on the sauce. nice relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. My only complaint is how little pesto sauce they put on the pizza. Very few pine nuts as welll

This is one of our favorite local establishments to eat. They make an excellent gluten free pizza with any of the unique toppings offered their other wood-fired pizzas. It might not be the best place for the most gluten-sensitive people. Otherwise the staff has always been knowledgeable, and the prep work is proper and thorough.
