My partner is a super sensitive Celiac. This has been our favorite restaurant for the past 5 years or more. He's never gotten sick.
Everything on the menu is clearly labeled GF (or not). And most everything is GF (stay away from naan and a few other clearly labeled things). The food prep stations naturally keep gluten items away from curries and rice which minimizes cross contamination.
Also the food is delicious and the family that runs it are some of the best people.

My wife and I went to Indian Oven last night, and were very pleased. Service was friendly, if a bit slow - as they are small and family-owned, from what I could surmise - and the food was excellent. Easily the best Indian food either of us have had recently. Its a new favorite for us, and, if you enjoy Eastern cuisine, it may prove to be a new favorite for you as well.
