Last night I had the worst meal yet here since moving to Houston. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu thinking we would celebrate with a well reviewed fine dining experience. What we ended up with though, was a procession of over seasoned dishes that arrived cold. I love Indian food but this was not a great example, everything was drowning in inedible sauce and we ended up leaving halfway through our second course.
To top it off, I'm pretty sure the supposedly gf coating on the fried tomato chaat was regular flour because I've been ill all night.
Really good food

Love this place regardless of gf status - almost entire menu is gf. Staff very helpful with other allergies. SO much flavor and meat is exceptional.
What a wonderful dining experience! Learned about this business from a local blog about Celiac friendly restaurants in the Houston area so we decided to give it a try. After speaking with Eliana, the manager I instantly felt like I was in good hands! They brought out a thin cracker and right away I started saying I cannot have any gluten and TO MY SURPRISE these crackers were gluten free!!! It's been 7 years since I've been able to have a starch before and durning a meal outside of our home! The soup, salad and main course was simply fantastic!! They flavors and spices of our dishes were perfect and with a wonderful atmosphere our visit was a wonderful experience. We will be back!!
