I appreciate the effort but their bread is the worst. I can’t even call it bread. Terrible
Delicious gf flatbreads!

I've eaten at this specific Isaac's numerous times and never once had a reaction. The gluten free flat bread is decent and their sandwiches themselves are great. Incredible staff who are always sweet, knowledgable, and understanding of the need for the food to be prepared specifically gluten free.

This place is awesome. I didn't think I would like there gluten free flat bread. Since I am still getting use to the gluten free stuff. But I couldn't leave without a pack of it.
Used to eat here, but stopped when I was diagnosed with celiac. Well, I started going back a year ago, never get sick, really enjoy the flatbread with melted cheese and deli meats. Isaac's is always a treat!

They have a gluten free flatbread that you can put any of their customized sandwiches into. The flatbread is a pretty good flavor and I like the Phoenix sandwich inside (tasty pineapple and ham!)
Gluten Free bread for incredible sandwiches
While in PA for the holidays, we stopped in to Isaac's one day for a late lunch. The server was gf- knowledgeable, the gf flatbread with the almond cranberry chicken salad was so good, and the chocolate decadence torte with raspberry sauce was amazing! A great gluten free meal--will definitely return next time I'm in town!
Always great and I never get sick. I used to work there years ago before when gluten didn't bother me. Continued to eat there after I moved on to a better job. For all of you who worked in the food industry know that says a lot. Was really upset I couldn't have the food anymore till I found out any sandwhich could just be switched to the flatbread and it's safe. Staff super friendly and knowledgable. One of my absolute favorite places to eat:-)
I visited Issacs on April 6, 2024. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad which is gluten free. My friend ordered the Salty Eagle sandwich (not gluten free). We were both pleasantly surprised at how delicious our meals were. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly.
I wish we had an Issac’s in CT. I would get that Buffalo chicken salad all the time.

This place was so incredibly helpful and careful about my allergies. I am very allergic to wheat and celiac. I had a salad and got hard boiled egg on it and guacamole and feta cheese. No reactions and the server reassured me that she wanted everything to be safe for me and made the salad herself with extra precautions. Thanks Isaac’s!!

South York store on Pauline Dr has amazing staff who are very attentive and aware of issues with cross contamination. They have GF wraps and many safe choices. The manager at this store is particularly outstanding.

We have always eaten at Issacs Pickle Bar downtown and we’re excited to see one closer. Dinner in was fine. Said we were celiac at idiom. Ordered salads to take back to our hotel. My daughter eats it and towards the end says she tastes a crouton. When she asks me to check there it was at the bottom. So I’m guessing they forgot and decided the old pick them off method would work. When I checked my salad they were too. I am extremely sensitive. So my birthday was spent with my daughter sick with both pain, nausea and much more. Manager refunded our check but doesn’t make up for a ruined trip and birthday. Took pictures of the salads and considering legal action. It will be weeks before she feels normal again AND she is a tennis teaching pro. Needless to say I will continue to go downtown and will never visit here again. If I could give no stars I would.
