I can’t believe there isn’t a more recent review! Isabella’s is hands down my favorite restaurant in downtown Frederick. So much of their menu is gf or can be made gf. The chicken and mushroom paella is a top contender for us, but we love the tapas too! Even going out with non gf friends and ordering from all over the menu, I felt safe. The waiter would set each tapas plate down and let me know what was safe to eat and what wasn’t. I have truly never had a bad experience here!

As far as gf food, this place is a 5 for menu and options. But these are small plates, so it is very overpriced for the amount of food you are getting. For me that would be fine, but for my growing teenage son, its just not enough food for the money.

Had an amazing meal. I really liked that their menu differentiated between a dish that was already gluten free and one that they can alter to make gluten free.

Waiter was very helpful and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend the pstatas con chorizo and the pork with manchego.

love this place. not cheap but it's nice to be able to try so many dishes and more than half the Tapas menu is either glutin free or can be made that way.

Always accommodating. I have a few food sensitivities as well as gluten and I have never had a bad reaction to eating here. I also never feel than I have had other than a delicious meal. Lots of real food cooked from scratch with healthy olive oil.

Very GF friendly, Paella was delicious and they have truly authentic GF beers from Spain Estrella Daura and Marzen ( latter my new favorite).

Gave this place a second chance after getting sick a few years back when I first started on the diet. To my surprise they now have gfree options right on the menu. All the offerings I had were delicious and I did not get sick this time. This always had been one of my Frederick favs, and now I can start going back again. Yay!
