I'm torn on my rating on this. If your are not gluten free plenty of options. They don't offer gluten free buns or bread. There menu marks items gluten free however they were out of gluten free pasta. I guess call ahead.

Delicious steak that was gluten free, and while there are limited selections, the food was DELICIOUS! Staff were very helpful in figuring out what I could eat.

Had wonderful gluten free meal. They were able to make my grilled salmon gluten free and it was best I’ve had!

Stopped in during our visit to Maggie Valley. The steaks are considered gluten free, as long as they are plain. They offer GF pasta dishes also on the menu and that was pretty much it according to our waitress. I ordered a plain prime rib (no au jus), baked potato and mixed squash as the vegetable of the day. The entire meal was tasty, but the steak and veggies were cool. Overall impressions: okay food, although they advertise an allergy list, the staff are not knowledgable about gluten, slow service, could be more friendly.

Stopped here and went in and asked if they had a gluten free menu. Showed me a menu with items starred as gluten free. The server, Hunter, knew the ingredients in everything. I had a great caprese salad with fresh cooked chicken strips. It was great. I am not celiac but am allergic to wheat.
