Menu clearly marked. GF pancakes! They made my food in a "cleaned area" when I told the server I had Celiac. I had eggs and veg hash, my husband had the buckwheat pancakes and I ate off his plate:) . I'm super sensitive and did fine so thumbs up from me.
Decent amount of gluten free options. However I got an upset stomach shortly after I started to eat. I don’t think I necessarily ate gluten but maybe there was some cross contamination. The place was extremely busy and waiters seemed a little frazzled. I was sitting next to the kitchen and they were having some problem too with tickets. Some maybe depending on how sensitive you are would depend on if you go.
Came on a Sunday that was packed! I have Celiac. My husband shared GF Tiramisu pancakes with me. I got eggs, sausage and grits that were AMAZING! Pancakes were great as well! No reactions and to be as busy as they were I would say they were spot on taking care of me! Super friendly staff!

Lots of safe options, don't know why someone said their was only one, not true! They were very helpful and not sick at all!

Jack Flaps only has one item on the menu for a celiac (rice pudding without the granola) due to a shared cook top that they will not wipe down. Very disappointed in my experience there.

I'm gone a few times and there are definitely GF options whether you want sweet or savory.... Seems like you can't go wrong in what you order here! Yum!
Best breakfast in 10 years of having Celiac Disease! My friend can eat gluten and he also gives Jack Flaps 5 Stars. I can't wait to go back!
