You know it’s going to be good when they pull out the binder to check for ingredients you are allergic too. Really tasty gf bread. Not so confident about cross contamination, I didn’t get sick, but it’s so hard to keep flour from getting everywhere.

Had good natural gluten free options, would not recommend the baked goods here if you are sensitive to cross-contamination, they are not kept separate when baking.

Ordered scrambled egg sandwich with quinoa toast... it came out as A make your own sandwich with Glutenfree quinoa toast, tomato chutney, cheddar, and scrambled eggs. Delicious! The toast especially!

I have celiac and am super sensitive to cross contamination but had a great experience here! I ordered their kale salad and it was absolutely delicious!

Ordered the breakfast egg sandwich with the quinoa bread instead of regular. Was super delicious! Not sure about cross contamination issues, I am not that sensitive so I had no trouble. Tomato chutney was delish. But seriously, the quinoa bread was to die for :)

Lots of gf options if its a lifestyle choice. If its not, beware, this is cross-contanimation central, no separation of anything.

Came for the GF, left with a GF muffin for later, and a wonderful latte and GF bar for now. Yummo
