The tamari ginger/garlic soup base is GF and they have a GF cornbread that was pretty tasty too! Not a dedicated facility but I didn’t have a problem with their noodle bowl and rice noodles.

Not gluten free. They told me they dont usually use clean utensils but they can try. Not celiac safe
Lots of gluten free options including tonkyatsu noodles made of yams and rice dishes. Menu changes daily. Owner and chef always on hand to share ingredients if there is a question.
things like their amazing curry and salads are great!!! they will cook any noodle dish in a fresh pot of water, you just have to ask. but really, just eat the curry. it can't be beat.

Do not go to this restaurant. All of their noodles are cooked in the same water. This that means when you order gluten free noodles from their list that indicates which noodles are gluten free, and when you tell them that you are allergic to gluten, they will boil your noodles in the same water that they have been using all day to cook noodles containing wheat. If you ask the employees if they cook all their noodles separately, they will say yes, all of their noodles are cooked separately. What they mean is they cook their noodles one batch at a time in the same water they have been using all day! While they are cooked "separately" meaning no two baskets of noodles are boiled in the water at the same time, they do not use "separate" water. If you try to ask about the ingredients to something or complain to the manager, you are likely to be met with the worst attitude problem that you have ever encountered in your entire life. This restaurant is not honest and none of their food is gluten free. Read their bad reviews on other sites. Avoid this restaurant if you are allergic to gluten.
