My daughter had gluten free kids loaded baked potato tested with Nina sensor and was negative for gluten. Would avoid salad bar due to high risk cross contamination if celiac.
They definitely have GF options, but only for "gluten sensitive."

I have been there twice, had reactions both times. Will never go back.

They are honest about not being a completely gluten free facility, yet their website offers an allergy-free menu option to help you design your meal. I was able to create a gluten and dairy free meal that did not leave me feeling ill. The online menu option also allows you to view nutritional information, which is helpful. As always, trust your gut and never be afraid to ask questions if you are concerned about getting ill.
Yes
They have really good gluten-free bread and the tomato soup is great too. I'm have a very sensitive wheat allergy and haven't had any reactions due to cross - contamination.
This is not celiac friendly! They do not have separate work areas to avoid cross contamination. I wasn't able to eat the sandwich I ordered. The pre_made salads are ok just ask them to get the dressing from the jug not the salad bar.
The bread was pretty good. It was really nice to be able to get a sandwich out somewhere.
Great sandwiches. Sandwich came specially wrapped. I go here every time I'm in town.
the bread for the sandwiches is wonderful
Gf bread is not bad. Nice to be able to have a sandwich.
We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.
