The cashier understood, the food preparer either didn’t, or didn’t care. Asked him multiple times to change his gloves—he didn’t. He started out with a regular bun and only changed it when I pointedly said that was the wrong bun. He used the same mayo spreader on both buns, even after I said something. Thankfully, I didn’t get sick this time, however, for just an average chicken sandwich, I won’t be eating here again.

Burger was tasty but has no idea about being celiac friendly. Didn't change gloves, uses the same spreader for mayo that is used on regular bread. No dedicated fryer and the salads are made up already with the croutons on top. If they learned how to do things correctly it would be a great place.

Delicious, simple, hefty burgers and fries.
Yes
The burgers are good and they have gluten-free buns. There is a possibility of cross contamination, but I haven’t had any issues. The fries are natural, not battered. I do believe the fryer is shared.

Went here once before and it was amazingggg but then went again today and not so much. Last time I had no problems at all and the food was delicious! But today although I confirmed the bun I ordered was gluten free it either wasn’t or there was some type of cross contamination... on the drive home I started having symptoms and have been sick since... will try this place again (not soon with how I’m feeling now) since my first experience was so great but I’m definitely nervous now.
Staff somewhat knowledgeable. Sandwich came out cold on very dry bun with dry meh patty. Not impressed.
Ordered Gluten Free bun which having that option for a burger is always exciting. Classic Burger was very good, I just wish the bun had been warm and toasted.
Loved their GF hamburger with cheese. We will definitely be going back for our next burger fix!!
