Ordered chicken cheese steak on GF roll and was great option!

First time here and (I think) the manager assured me my options will be safe and even gave me a gf cookie! Bread and cookie are Udis brand. She also gave us free sub coupons! Very kind. Will be back for sure!

Staff is untrained. I had to tell the guy to change his gloves before handling the gf roll. Guy could have cared less and seemed bothered at being corrected.

Love this place! May go often enough now that I walk in and they start to change their gloves and wipe everything down.

So good. First time I've had a hoagie in years. They even changed their gloves and wiped down the slicer and boards before they made my sandwich without me asking.

Our go to sandwich shop. Love that they clean the equipment.

I had a great experience here today! I ordered a gluten free chicken sub and watched the employee change his gloves, use a separate prep area, and get ingredients from a separate area so that I could eat safely!

Have been told they don’t do gluten free in the back on a separate slicer/ prep area. Cross contamination nightmare.

They take good care of us and follow protocols. The slicer and counter get wiped down, gloves are changed, and they use a clean knife and butcher paper to prepare our food.
