Went again for my anniversary in S Sept 2021, love that we get an email w a discount to celebrate...more should do this! I had the meatloaf, baked potato & a Cesar salad - I don't trust the salad bar. Didn't have any issues & I have Celiac Disease.

We've been several times, I've never had an issue. I absolutely LOVE the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp & the Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf!!! YUM!!!!!!!!

Separate gluten free menu with plenty of choices. This might be my celiac daughter’s new favorite. Bacon wrapped shrimp. Yum!

Lovely steak dinner. I usually don't eat off a salad bar for fear of cross contamination, but we went early and were the first ones so I was able to enjoy a very crisp fresh salad too.

My waitress seemed to understand GF and was very helpful.

Instead of a dessert they gave me a togo box with broccoli. I like vegetables for breakfast.

At first I was not sure based on the reviews but overall, the service was fantastic! Ask for Bell! She came out twice to have me check ingredients on their butter and she made sure they used new containers for my food! Chef was super supportive and cooked my filet mignon separately! Super impressed!

they have an early afternoon special after 3 pm which pleasantly surprised us. Includes drink , enter and side plus salad and couple of dessert choices. As I'm GF they offer$1.99 off the GF chocolate cake or sorbet as an alternative. we'll worth money if you can go early evening as same price as just the entree in the dinner menu. Oh, they also. offered us one tasting of the two wine specials if the day to see if they're to your liking. We'll return when we're in this area again.

And I appreciated that their GF menu also had the prices on it. Only variation is that one referred to New York streak and the other Kansas City steak. I inquired about the difference and learned they're both referring to the same steak

Nice steakhouse! First off, as an update to past reviews, they DO have a gluten free menu now! My waitress was also very nice and accommodating when I mentioned my allergy. The menu has a decent mix of steak options as well as fish/chicken. Not a huge GF menu, but I'm not looking for much different than meat, salad, and potato at a steak-centric restaurant, so it was enough variability to come back and try different things in the future. There is a good salad bar with your meal, which obviously has some risks of people throwing croutons around. It was clean and well-managed though, so I wasn't too worried there. They also offer a gluten free chocolate cake, but it has the downfall of many restaurants that I've found that offer this. The "cake" is essentially a piece of fudge cut into a cake shape, no real baked pastry to be found. I'm not complaining, I'm appreciative of the effort and the option. It ends up being too rich to eat much of though, and not something I would probably buy again as a dessert. In the end, we will remember this for nice special meals when we are craving steak, happy to find a new place!

When I saw the reviews here, I had to weigh in. JIMM's Steakhouse is one of my most favorite dining spots in Springfield! No, there is not a gf menu, but the wait staff is great to inquire if they don't know. Their poppadews are fine - hold the sauce, as are many of their main dishes and sides. They even have a gf chocolate cake that will make you swoon. I've been eating here for years and have nothing but rave reviews.

We went to this place and it "definitely" not gluten free. I have celiac disease and ordered a steak and baked sweet potato (first one was cold)and got very ill. I would never go back here!!😰
