Ate here once, a few years ago. Waitress seemed confused but assured me it was safe. By the time I got to the car, I no longer fit my pants and was in incredible pain. I'm not super sensitive, so must have had a full gluten meal without realizing. Will never go back. Go to Budai for amazing safe Chinese. I've eaten there probably 50 times, never had an issue.
