July 21, 2012Went to this restaurant for my birthday based on a suggestion from my sister whose daughter also had Gluten issues. I have both Gluten and Dairy allergies and other restrictions. I asked first before being seated and told no problem. The menu was limited, they couldn't offer much for Gluten free especially when it came to a substitution. An example would be that I ordered steak tips but they had no sauce they could use except catsup. They knew their sauce had soy in it, but didn't bother to buy ingredients without soy. I asked for rice as a substitute for mashed potatoes - due to using butter and not margarine, they didn't have any. I changed to a different dish, but had problems with that also. Absolutely nothing on the dessert menu for me. Gave them two stars because they tried for a few things, but they didn't even offer to take anything off the bill. Overall a very poor experience.

Both of us had gluten free meals...pasta was really good and cooked perfectly, and the hamburger bun was great, not too thick and just the right density.

Was there twice and their GF pizza was great but the buns they used for their burgers weren't that great, a bit crumbly and dry.

They have gf pasta, pizza, burger buns and they fry their fries separately for gf needs! Knowledgable staff and varied menu! Highly recommended!

The staff is very helpful. As soon as your waitress comes to your table they ask whether or not you may have any allergen. Then they point out what you can eat on the menu and explain that your food will be completely cooked separately, and that it may take a little longer to prepare ( and it wasn't even that long). The manager comes to your table and discusses everything with you. There food is amazing and I will defiantly go back there.

Very good pasta. Very good service. I asked what could be made gluten free. They are very happy to tell you all of your options. If you are planning to have a burger or sandwich, then you may want to forgo the strawberry shortcake for dessert. But the shortcake is delicious as well as the burger. Together they are just a bit too much. I do plan to come back and try some other things.

Sooo good!!! The waitress was not that good and under educated she had no idea that they offered gluten free options we had to literally tell her . As soon as the manager found out he came right over and explained how things would be made and that he will make sure it is all good. Had the nachos and buffalo chicken pizza they were both delish!

Very knowledgable managers. Food was excellent. They fry the nachos in separate oil if you ask for gluten free nachos. Yum. Also buffalo chicken pizza was a 10!

Great place! Staff is trained, manager checks in. ANYTHING on the menu can be made gluten free and is made in a separate section of their kitchen. They have not one, but two choices of beer as well. And for Boston, very inexpensive: four beers and two burgers came in under $50.

I love Joe's GF food! They do nit have a seperate GF menu...instead they make almost anything on the regular menu in GF version! I got blackened chic w/ pasta! I didnt get sick! I am hi highly sensitive! I got pizza once too! great.place to go w/ celiacs & non celiacs! Wait staff very knowledgable too!

Manager was on top of our meal. Very accomadating. We did have long waits from time of ordering and time of delivery. Most reasonably priced GF meal we have had to date!

After years of not having any decent casual ding near my in-laws it was nice to discover this place. The food is quite good, the portions generous, and the prices are reasonable. They are acquainted with GF dining, offering GF pizza, pasta & burger buns along with a number of great entrees. We were there just last night and had a very good half baked chicken with mashed potatoes. I was also able to get a GF bun with my meal for a ยข.75 charge.
