I had the California turkey club on GF toasted bread. Absolutely delicious. One of the best sandwiches I have had in years. They did ask about the toaster and I’m not celiac, so contact contamination isn’t a concern.

Came into town wanting gf sandwiches. Much to my surprise the gf sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. They hand delivered my sandwich to go separate from my bf’s sandwich as he is not gf. They prepped my sandwich w new utensils and gloves in its own space and assured me they take celiac serious. Great experience and sandwiches fill you up. Highly recommend.

Great little deli with delicious gf sandwiches & gf monster cookies. They offered to use a gf dedicated toaster (we didn’t need that but it was a nice offer!). Food was great, would absolutely return!

I have not been here for awhile because their main menu item is baked goods and sandwiches which are not gluten free. The kitchen is very small and very visible. I'm sure the do t have a separate area for making gf things. The food is good but not garnered non gf. Hi

My favorite. They even asked if I needed my food prepared on a clean surface. Outstanding.

Excellent food. They have gluten gree bread but do not have a dedicated gluten-free toaster. If this isban issue you cab sub a fruit cup for your toast.

They offer gf bread and a gf Cookie Monster as well as tomato soup (starting at 11). They do not have a separate toaster so I ordered a turkey club gf not toasted and had no issues. Will be coming again!

Definitely stop here if you are in the area! We were craving a good sandwich and this was exactly what we were looking for! Cute little place with GF soups and bread (I am not celiac so I was okay with them toasting the bread in their regular toaster). I had the tomato and Gorgonzola soup, BLT and chips (chips were labeled GF) and everything was delicious!

I walked in a couple minutes before 11 am and that's when they stop serving breakfast, and the chef was very polite and said he would still make us breakfast, I told the staff that I am gluten free and they told me they offer gluten free bread but can't be toasted as the grill is used for gluten food. They also told me that they would wipe all the surfaces and pans to ensure it would be safe for me to eat. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was absolutely delicious, I would definitely recommend this place, just let them know of your allergies!

I had a great breakfast sandwich here. When they brought it out to me she assured me that the grill had been cleaned and that's why the bread was toasted and a toaster had not been used. When our order was taken they said they would prepare in a clean space if Celiac which always makes me feel better that they understand the difference. They have bread, wraps and crustless quiche options. Great place.

Good sandwich but was disappointed I couldn’t have my bread toasted. No separate toaster or way to grill it.
First of all, the staff here work very hard and are extremely friendly. They were happy to clean a place in the grill for me to toast my gf bread as well. Plenty of choices here for breakfast or lunch and delicious! You can tell everyone here loves their job! It’s a fun environment as well. There are mismatched chairs, coffee mugs, etc. very homey. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table you’ve chosen. I will eat here every time I’m in Petoskey!
No issues with getting sick after eating breakfast here. I avoided the gluten free bread however because I was told there was not a separate toaster. Waitress wrote celiac on my order so they could take precautions otherwise.
Yes
Great sandwich and salad place! Fresh and delicious!! They have gluten free bread and wraps. They take extra care if you are celiac or have a gluten allergy.
Very knowledgable. Noted on my ticket that I had Celiac disease and made accommodations accordingly. There are many options and the food is delicious.
Yes
The don't have GF sandwiches, but they will use a lettuce wrap. They are gluten aware more than anything. They have a few soups which are labeled if they are vegan and/or gluten free. The fruit salad and deviled eggs are delicious! Go to the Grain Train a block away for GF dessert! :)
