We had a waitress who clearly understood celiac disease. Food was great and safe!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Great for vegan and gf customers. They have gf soy sauce. We order vegan sushi with brown rice and gf soy sauce. I’m not celiac but gluten sensitive but have never had a reaction. My family also orders from the main menu. I avoid oil so I font but the people that work there have been very helpful in helping us avoid both animal products and gluten. We haven’t eaten in the restaurant (always takeout) but the atmosphere seems nice - not a brightly lit cheap looking place. I’m actually wfpbno and this is one place I can actually eat completely clean and have a night off cooking.

No GF menu. Staff unsure about a lot of things. Our waiter never checked back on us after delivering our food. Just not great.

Manager came to the table and happily discussed my allergy, the need for a clean mat and gloves and what was gluten free and what was not (Tempura, crunchies, Krab, eel sauce) but all their Thai and sushi could be prepared GF. I Ordered 3 rolls that they custom prepared separate from my party, with minor changes to the rolls, and they were delivered with GF tamari sauce. The sushi was fresh and delicious and I did not have any adverse effects afterwards. We have finally found a safe restaurant for all of us to eat!

I have a fairly serious gluten sensitivity (I do NOT have celiac), and I've never had problems eating here! The staff was very helpful, careful, and willing to try to make whatever I wanted gluten free. I always have the Pad Thai, which is fantastic.

They are able to do a lot of gluten-free options including pad Thai, sushi, and gluten-free fried rice. all done with tamari.
