Had a great birthday dinner. Many options. I had the chicken, mashed potatoes and greens. Wish they had a GF bread option.

Friendly, warm restaurant in the heart of downtown Durango. The menu clearly identified what was naturally gluten free, and the server indicated they would be happy to make updates to other dishes if we were interested in trying them.

Elegant restaurant with outstanding wait-staff and superb food. The staff knows exactly what is GF and what can be made GF (most items). They understand the "hidden gluten" and know to be careful with sauces, spice rubs etc. In addition, they understand and will work with you to provide low-carb meals, for those of us still healing and avoiding carbs. The food is the best I have had in over two years of GF food. I had the prize-winning creme brulee and understand why it won a prize. Highly recommended - I will go back to Durango just to go back to this restaurant.
