Went there for dinner, and had one of the worst meals of my life. Stick to a salad.

Food was okay but nothing to get excited about. Menu items are marked but my daughter had a hard time finding something that she would like that was gluten free. We were disappointed that there were not any gluten free options for dessert— they offer a brownie but they were out that evening.

Very friendly nice place with some to us good GF food options. Tasty food in a nice setting. We did not go through in detail how their food handling procedure is like.

Was disappointed that at 4pm they had switched to the dinner menu which meant we could no longer order the GF sandwiches. Minimal GF options on the dinner menu.

I got the gluten-free pancakes and was not impressed, I sent them back and got eggs and bacon.

Not a lot of gf choices but what they do have is very good. My son had the pancakes one day and the eggs Benedict the next. Cute place and friendly.

Both of us got a GF wrap. Both yummy. Tuna and apple wrap is VERY good. Excellent service. Bummed we missed breakfast here but we’ll be back in the morning.

Got the southwest eggs Benedict which is made on GF cornbread. It was really good. There are also GF pancakes and bread. The menu clearly states that everything is on a shared cooking surface, so if you're sensitive to cross contamination, it might not be the best choice for you. I have celiac and was fine. The cafe con leche was delicious too. Overall good experience. The gluten eaters in the group got chocolate chip pancakes and conch Benedict which they say were amazing.

Cute place. Classic dishes. Have GF cornbread and pancake options but both confirmed contain dairy. Got poached eggs and avocado to limit cooking surface worries. Can’t have breakfast potatoes either.

I don’t understand the positive reviews. The service was terrible and there are only 3 or 4 things listed as gluten free on the menu. When asked what else could be made gluten free the staff was not very knowledgeable. I ended up getting the conch chowder (WITH CRACKERS) and the watermelon salad. Both were bland and the conch chowder didn’t even have any conch. My mom got the mahi and avocado and it was also very bland. Save yourself from a bad meal and go to Ballyhoo or Marker 88.

Had a few GF options, I ended up going for the hogfish fresh catch. It was good and I had no reaction, but also not as memorable as other meals on the trip. Preferred our meal at the Bayside Sunset Bar.
They had gluten free wraps. I ordered it without a side since options were fries or house made chips (I didn’t specifically asked about shared fryer and didn’t want to risk it). They do warn on the menu that you could have cross contamination but I didn’t have a reaction. Very cute place. Food was pretty good but not exceptional
We ate here twice. They have a few GF selections on the menu, but, they can modify a bunch of others. It’s a small kitchen and they tell you up front that their fryer is not safe. But, if you like a delicious and safe seafood dinner, this is the place. My son had a burger with no bun, too.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch! I had the Mediterranean Snapper Wrap. I was told that all the paninis can be served on a gluten free wrap!! The menu had only a few items with GF label but if you just speak up the wait staff is very helpful and GF friendly!!

My partner and I are celiac. We came here and had an amazing meal without any issue. They don’t have a gluten free menu but the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about what we could safely eat. We had the conch chowder, strawberry salad, mashed potatoes, ceviche with gluten free tortilla chips and a seafood curry. Everything was amazingly delicious! Would absolutely come back.

Great food not any GF options as far as wraps, pasta or bread.
GF menu extremely limited. Ordered a Pick 2- cup of chowder and half California wrap added the fish of the day. The food wasn’t good at all. The chowder was basically a cup of watery chili. Not a chowder at all. The wrapped lacked seasoning pretty bad. My husband said his seafood tacos (Not GF) was just ok. It was over $50 for a lunch of 2 adults and 01 toddler. Not worth the money at all.
Delicious food and beautiful outdoor seating! I think the Conch Chowder cross contaminated me (which is understandable since the soup can be ladled into bread bowls also), but the Mahi and Avocado dish was fresh, simple, delicious, and safe! I've also eaten the seafood curry which is probably my favorite thus far. I am very sensitive and feel comfortable eating here. Thank you for accommodating me, Conch House!

I had mahi and avocado-very good!

Stopped here for lunch. Great find! GF wraps available. Had the special.... blackened Mahi Mahi with avocado salsa wrap. Delish! The strawberry spinach salad with maple syrup for dressing was soooo good as well!! Enjoyed the ginger peach iced tea which completed my meal.:)
I ordered the Mahi Mahi (gf), my partner who has celiac disease ordered blackened fish - catch of the day entree with mashed potatoes and veggies. Although it was very healthy and tasted good, my partner did feel sick to his stomach after. The waitress didn’t make us feel super comfortable - she seemed annoyed when we explained my boyfriend’s serious gluten sensitivity. Can’t say for sure whether he got sick from the fish here - but three stars because it’s quite possible/likely, and because it was really too expensive for what it was.
we had a wonderful conch chowder and a Mahi mahi,
Thanks largely to Jasmine (gracious waitress with great people skills and consciencious respect for celiac disease) and an accommodating kitchen, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious and safe meal in this quaint local eatery. Kitchen staff used separate pans and safety measures that made this experience very rewarding. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this eatery to diners with celiac disease!

This restaurant is really good! My sister and me has the celiac disease and we ate the gluten free chicken fajita and it was really good! Five stars!!

cannot say enough good about this little spot. I had cerviche and the Island Tropical seafood with plantains on the side. ( gave to hubby) Outstanding flavor! Very knowledgeable about gluten. You won't be sorry you stopped here!
GF options are listed on the menu. Good food. This time I had the Vegetable Curry. No cross contamination issues.

Friendly and accommodating staff, several gluten free items available, though none of what we tried was remarkable. Key lime pie (crust has gluten) is the worst I've had.
Felt safe eating the gluten free choices (only 2 to choose from). Too limited menu options and only beer and wine, no alcohol.

Wonderful local place with really good food
Food was tasty, and they were happy to make substitutions. There were only 3 or 4 items marked gluten-free on the menu, however.

I had mahi and avocado and it was exceptional!!!!!😃

We had a great dinner there. It's a small family owned restaurant with many gluten free choices. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free diet. I had their award winning Spinach berry salad with shrimp. It was delicious Outside seating has a beautiful setting.

We had breakfast here. No gluten free menu but the server was very knowledgeable and suggested mixed fresh fruit in place of potatoes since they fry them. He was quite clear that they were not safe. I had eggs, bacon and the mixed fresh fruit and it was very good. I find breakfast is the hardest meal to avoid cross contamination so this was a good find. I would go again!
Yes
There are two options labeled gluten free although I imagine many things could be easily modified to be gf. Three stars for mediocre flavor and five stars for not getting sick!
Fantastic food. Very knowledgeable staff. A bit pricey but definitely worth it!

Had a great lunch here and enjoyed ceviche and fish tacos. Menu specified some GF (and paleo) options, but we asked about other items and they swapped out the flour tortillas for corn for us. Lovely space right off RT 1. Highly recommended!
