The Rivertown Potato Works is all labeled as "Gluten Friendly" on KI website. The stand has a GF emblem on the outside of the order area. The staff has said that everything that is served is gluten free. I have celiac and have eaten here more than 10 times without issue. I'd recommend it.

This is the LaRosa's inside King's Island that has gluten free pizza. They have a dedicated oven and area. However, they do not follow the procedures that are supposedly in place to ensure a safe environment. We watched as they didn't change gloves and they said they did. Not sure what else they didn't do correctly, but sure enough our son was sick that night. Will not go back. Go to Potato Works as everything there is gluten free.

Coney Potato Works, the only fully gluten-free friendly place in the park, is gone? If it isn't, I couldn't find it. I personally wouldn't trust the pizza at Festhaus, and I've heard of some bad reactions to it. Was unable to try the burrito bowl at Hank's due to only one line being open and a huge line out and around the side of the building. I had to leave the park to find anything substantial to eat.

Originally, KI had many gluten free options. I went there in the summer of 2017 and enjoyed gluten free ice cream cones, corn dogs and cheese fries. However, when I visited this fall, they apparently removed majority of these options without updating the website or informing the staff. The only available food was the gluten free pizza at Festhaus, which wasn't very good. I would recommend eating before coming to the park. I spent the day feeling very hungry. Very disappointing change after offering so much earlier in the season.

We ordered the GF PIZZA. It set my wife off like the bad old days. Don't know what went wrong but they ruined her trip.

I think the park is getting much better at addressing GF needs. The Larosas in the large dining hall has GF pizza that so far has been good. They also have a GF booth near the racer with chicken fingers and french fries. some times they also have the GF ice cream cones which is a nice treat. They healthy marketplace needs some better options, but it's a good start. The park lets you bring in food if you go through Guest Services.
