They do a very careful job at preparing the gluten free sandwich options. (Tuna & Turkey/cheese) They bring in the bread from The Gluten Free Bakery which is a certified and dedicated gluten free bakery. The staff makes the gluten free sandwiches first each morning on clean cutting boards before anything else is made so it’s super clean from cross contamination. They do this process each morning to provide safe to eat gluten free sandwiches that are wrapped up and labeled gf as part of their “to go” sandwich options. We have had them twice, no reaction at all!! It’s so nice that they take the trouble to get the certified bread and practice this safe process each day so customers who can’t eat gluten can enjoy lunch there.

They put out gluten free sandwiches (options include tuna fish with a tomato and usually a turkey or chicken breast option) daily but they go fast - I've seen them run out before 1pm on a couple occasions! They also make fresh salads and there's at least one of their two hot soup options which are gluten free - however there's no designated cookwear. While this place is exceptionally clean there's a chance for cross contamination. I eat there regularly with no illeffects, but for anyone Celiac I would caution against it
