Great poutine if you are okay with the same fryer. The gravy is gluten free if you ask for the vegan and gluten free one. Not safe for celiac but great if you can do same fryer

THEY DO NOT HAVE DEDICATED FRYERS. I phoned and asked if their poutines were gluten free and they said yes. When I asked further questions they told me they also fry Corndogs and such in the same fryer. No mention of a second fryer they were able to use that wouldn’t be cross contaminated. Though their gravy does not have gluten so may be ok for less sensitive people. Use your discretion

Good Poutine, unfortunately got sick even when ordering the gluten-free sauce since the fries are made in the same oil as the onion rings!

No gf menu or markups on main menu, very limited options. Relies too much on waiters, ours didn't have any reliable understanding of gluten free.

Stodgy delicious and good value. Queues out the door on even a weds evening so it must be a winner with the locals too.

They were very knowledgeable about GF and provided a GF poultine gravy which also just happened to be vegan as well.

Happening restaurant - staff was very accommodating and had a GF gravy option. Not sure how this would be for someone very sensitive to cross-contamination concerns but it was fine for us!

Good and decadent. I had Lê Classique poutine. They are careful enough with sans gluten (gluten free) that they warned me about risk of cross contamination and steered me away from the fries (no dedicated fryer) to the breakfast potatoes which are cooked in a pan so should be safer.

I had given up on Mtl's best poutine thinking for sure their gravy had gluten but to my surprise they have a GF gravy available but no dedicated fryer.... I ❤ La Banquise Poutine !!!
