La Fiesta

My fiance is GF. She usually trys not to make a fuss about it and just asks for things to be omitted from meals. She ordered the fajita and asked for no tortillas. The waiter asked if that was an allergy or a preference. When she answered allergy the waiter not only informed us that they have corn tortillas that he can substitute, but let us know everything would be cooked in a GF fryer and he would make sure there was no cross contamination. His mother has celiac so he knew all about it. Food is always delicious. HIGHLY reccomend.

Great owner, friendly and accomdating staff! I'm not hyper sensitive to gluten so subbing out the flour tortillas for corn works just fine for me. I've also never had an issue with their queso.

Tortilla chips are corn and they can substitute corn tortillas for flour in some menu options. Server didn't know what gluten was...
