I asked about the burgers and fries. Burgers can have a lettuce wrap. Fries are in their own fryer. There is no menu just for gluten free however.

Do not be fooled by the airport directory which will send you here for GF for some reason. They don't have anything GF.

In Phoenix airport Terminal D. The website said gluten free pizza crust, but the cashier and pizza maker were very confused when I asked for it. The pizza kitchen is open for all to see....flour being thrown around everywhere! Even if they did have a GF crust, there would be no way to keep it away from the flour on the counters and in the brick oven. They do have some pre-boxed salads....that might be an option, but I didn’t look too closely at them. Overall NOT a GF friendly place to eat.

I got the kale and quinoa salad and it was very tasty. A great gluten-free airport meal. It wasn’t marked gf on the menu but I asked a cashier for confirmation after I read another review.

I got a cheese pizza + toppings. No toppings are listed as GF on the menu and I had to guess which were GF but they told me that they keep them in a dedicated GF space to avoid cross contamination. Good flavor. Crust was too thin and crunchy for my taste but that’s pretty normal for GF.
Terminal D, inside security. No reaction. Pizza was good, great crust, but a little too salty. Didn’t see any GF cookies.
The cashier told us the pizza was cooked on the same oven as the rest of the pizzas and said “we have a sign over there telling you we can’t guarantee gluten free”. She did not offer to let us talk to a manager or chef or that there was any other option. We asked if it could be cooked on a pan and she just kind of looked at us which is when we gave up.
No
The Gf pizza is soooo good! Super thin, chewy, crispy, bendable crust. The cheese is high quality too. We also grabbed one of the famous chocolate cookies. It’s huge and is meringue-like in texture and taste. Highly recommend!
I always make a stop for their gluten-free, chocolate walnut cookies. Some of my favorites anywhere!
It was well worth the walk from a different terminal. Pizza was delicious and they flagged it as an allergy. Pizza came on several pieces of parchment (always a good sign) and was delivered by the chef.

My daughter, who has celiac disease, has a new favorite pizza place! They were very careful and the chef even invited me back to the kitchen to see how they prepared it. We were very impressed with their precautions.

I tried the kale quinoa salad as I wasn't ready for a pizza. surprisingly good and tasty with their dressing. I highly recommend it s the best one on the airport for quick to go food
They had GF pizza, but I ended up ordering a burger with lettuce wrap. I also got the vegetable of the day, which were green beans with garlic and parmesan. They also have salads and fresh fruit. Great option for airport eating. would recommend.
Their menu is marked with gluten free items so you aren't stuck with only pizza!
Very helpful. Separate tray for pizza.
Located in Phoenix airport terminal d...gf pizza made on clean gf tray and even cooked on that in the oven. Chef put clean gloves on and you can watch him make the entire thing to make sure of no mistakes
