Decent enchiladas, nice hostess/waitress. Clean. They have gf flan. Although because it's made fresh, it's not always available.
The wait staff and manager are very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. I have eaten there numerous times with no issues. Their chips are not safe but I brought my own. I have had several times the ground beef enchiladas with green sauces and tonight I had a taco salad with ground beef. It was delicious. It normally comes in a flour tortilla shell. Mine came on a large platter minus the shell. I will come back.

It was good food. Chips are not fried separately so skip those.
The food is GREAT and the manager understands celiac and cross-contamination issues. Some of the cooks do not, so be sure to let them know you have celiac.
As of March 2018, the chips are no longer gluten free.

Very friendly. Delicious beef tacos, chips and salsa and horchata was dairy free as well. Very friendly and personable. Would love to go back next time in Moab.
Knowledgeable on GF items. Had 3 crunchy beef tacos with rice and beans. Margarita was good as well. Very reasonably priced.

Very good at doing gluten free. My visits were during lent so I did not eat meat but got the cheese enchiladas one night and another the shrimp enchiladas. Decent good and I did not get sick. You can't have the chips since done in a contaminants frier, nothing with a flour tortilla and not the Monterey sauce. Aside from that they seem to be able to make everything else gf.

chips are fried in same fryer, so not gluten free. the cook can make anything gluten free supposedly, our waitress wasn't very knowledgable about gluten free options though

Owner understood celiac and our needs. Food was good. Many options to choose from. Even their homemade margarita mix is GF. Chips are not gluten free since they are made in the same fryer as non GF items.

This was the find for our week. Great food, most of which is GF. Wait staff knowledgeable and hard working

Everything on the menu is GF, except the flour tortillas. The staff is knowledge about gluten. The margaritas is excellent and they have GF beer too (Omission from Portland). The food is great. Typical mexican and good portions. Recommand it for sure. One of the best places in Moab.

They don't have a separate menu, but they did know what I could have. The chips, salsa, and many entrees are GF.

July 2015 - This place took a gluten free turn for the BEST. They've altered their menu so everything is gluten free except for the flour tortillas. All sauces are thickened with corn starch and ingredients are double checked. The chef is very knowledgeable about gluten intolerance/celiac and prepares a clean space for your food if you notify your server that you are GF. The food is incredibly flavorful and all around amazing. The portions are big but you just can't stop eating!! Also sodas/tea are half off at lunch. Incredibly friendly service, delicious food, no exposure to gluten- will go again!!

tasty
Under new ownership - not very helpful as to what was or wasn't gluten free
Yummy! Highly recommended and lots of choices. Flan was awesome and inexpensive too. Win Win
Not slam dunk knowing what was gf; e.g., two most common sauces not gf. But food was good. Flan was grwat but could only serve us two after an early evening dinner; out of other desserts, too. Odd.
Friday fajita night was good.
Not a bad place to grab some Mexican Gluten free eats. Most of what is gluten free is on thier low carb section of thier menu. This has been one of my standard stops while in Moab.
