This place is fancy pants but it was truly worth it.

Everything was pretty much able to be accommodated. Had el jefe margaritas to start. The rest of the table had bread, they brought me GF crackers so I could have some of the spreads.

Had the romaine Caesar which was delicious. Filet with potato’s. DONT skip their homemade ice cream.

Incredibly accommodating and felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend for an otherwise challenging city for a celiac to eat in.

We went to Lambert’s for a special occasion. My son has Celiac and they went above and beyond to keep him safe. 11/10 would recommend for any Celiac wanting a fine dining experience in Taos.

I noted that I was celiac in my reservation, they confirmed upon my arrival for dinner, and were helpful throughout the entire meal. Truth be told, it is always a little dicey in dining out anywhere that does does not have a dedicated gluten free kitchen. But the care and attention the Lambert’s staff gave to my individual situation gave me great confidence that the were taking my gluten free requirements seriously.

We had a great dining experience. Food was terrific and the staff very knowledgeable about which menu items were gluten free. Next time I visit Taos, I will definitely eat there again.

Was assured there were celiac friendly options from server, she pointed out what I could have on menu and I chose one of the appetizers she suggested. Halfway through eating said appetizer she came running out telling me I couldn’t eat it and it had gluten in it. We got our money back for everything but of course nothing compares to the weeks of stomach aches that will follow.

Nice ambiance. Handful of GF options. Blue corn tortillas were hard- brisket tacos were very bland.

Celiac friendly in the evenings when the knowledgeable waitstaff work. The lunch staff might say the fries are in a dedicated fryer, but they're NOT.
