When I mentioned my gluten allergy the manager and the chef both came to my table to speak to me personally. The chef went through the menu, told me which items were naturally gluten free and which items he could prepare gluten free and answered all of my questions. Once our meal was served, chef and manager checked on my several times to make sure I was happy with my meal. I can't promise there is no cross-contamination and I'm sure they share fryers, but they will help you as best as they can. I am fortunate to not be as sensitive as I know some others are, so if you are super-sensitive to cross contamination this may not be the best for you. As for the food itself - a little heavy handed on the seasonings (especially the potato skins) but good, fresh, quality food in general.
